We grow over 40 different varieties of vegetables throughout the year. Most of the cultivation happens on less than 2 acres of land.
We pride ourselves with prioritising open-pollinated and heirloom varieties over industrialized commercial hybrids.
We align ourselves with biodynamic, organic and regenerative agriculture values. Whilst we are not yet certified organic, we are planning to take this step in the next year.
We use no chemicals to grow our food focusing on soil health to maintain a consistent supply of nutrient-rich vegetables each week.
